The US postal service was viewed by the country as a tired government agency, so they asked us to revive their image and show people that it is a first-in-class delivery service, with employees who put their customers first. The campaign depicts employees who are dedicated to delivering competitive service and the latest innovations.
Along with introducing the line “Priority:You”, we created a campaign, and revised brand look and feel, to show how the USPS prioritizes the people they serve. My role: GCD
